I am a User Experience and Usability professional who likes to dive into people's minds when they interact with technology. With a background in engineering, I have a strong analytical orientation towards goals, and by being a very social conscious person, I like to fully embrace the human factors involved in the interaction to create engaging digital experiences.

Any hobbies?

Something I truly enjoy about life is laughing. Because of that I like to dance Salsa (the Cuban kind of type), when it comes to cinema, comedies are my first choice, and hanging around people who laugh about themselves is my thing!
I have a fascination for Jazz, from the very classic tracks to more modern fussions with ryhtms of the world!
I would love to do more TRX training than I do now.

I am terrible at ice skating.


UCD patterns for touch based ATM's

An NCR touch based ATM user interface built under UX methods to discover how transaction timing and the discoverability of additional services could be affected, whether it needs to be aged-customized, and whether users are able to adapt to the new touch interactions. Methodologies: collaborative design, user workflows, wireframing, survey, mockups, A/B testing - Usability evaluation, cognitive walkthrougs.

Design concept - BBC Me

An innovative user experience to re-engage teenagers with the BBC's multi-channel content is created by employing surveys, qualitative analysis of data, card sorting, Personas and Marvel App.
Methodologies: survey, card sorting,sketching, wireframing, mockups, focus groups.
Tools/technologies:Axure, Marvel App, Photoshop.

Web Dev

Tailored web designs for a studies agency and a holistic therapist. Single page and multi-page designs are built on the grounds of Bootstrap, HTML, CSS and JS. Methodologies: wireframing, Usability best practices
Tools/technologies: Axure, HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap.


A cross-platfom mobile web application was built to support the programme for hypertension control and prevention. The backbone of this project was the Usability and Accessibility Engineering Process Model (MPIU+a) and the Task Computing paradigm. Methodologies: Ethnography observations, interviews, sketching, wireframing, mockups, cognitive walkthrougs, Usability evaluation.
Tools/technologies: Balsamiq, Codiqa, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, JS, Phonegap Build.


Research and development projects done for competitions. Salsa app, created for a NOKIA challenge got the first price of the event. Methodologies: sketching, wireframing.
